I’m not really a coach type of guy, but to my surprise the new rebranding and ad campaign really caught my eye. The store was clean and super organized. The staff was super genuine and nice. I was not sure what I was looking for, all I knew was I needed an it bag. I was approached by two associates. Both of which tried hard to connect with me. They were interested in my trip and what I was doing. They even recommended some spots to check out. Sadly I did not find a bag that suited my taste but they did have a large selection to pick from. Staff .4 — great happy staff with genuine connection. Cleanliness, 3. The store itself was clean but the location of it and the mall is not to the level of a coach customer. Merchandise, 4– great style and great quality. Large selection. Overall 4– I was a bit underwhelmed by the location of this store. Not the best store but not the worst . –J.G.

I’ve had okay experiences both the times I have visited this Coach store. I recently went in and was looking at a legacy duffel, and was talking to my friend about how I wish I had bought this when I had my 25% off coupon and one of the sales associates overheard me and told me he’d validate the coupon, I was so happy and didn’t really expect that from them at all! Got the bag and saved $ 81! Very pleased. Both the times I’ve been in the store the sales associates aren’t following you around, they greet you, ask you if you need help, then let you browse. It’s nice and makes me feel like I’m not FORCED to purchase something.

If I were given Rorschach test and was flashed the Coach symbol on one of its giant hobo-style purses, I would think Beaverton soccer mom. I popped into Coach the other day and found that Coach is not completely regrettable. There are a few items that I found to be tasteful. To wit: I found a little, metallic leather wristlet that would be perfect for going out dancing on the weekend, I found a sparkly ring, and I found a couple pairs of snazzy aviator sunglasses. All regular price at the time. The sales folks at Coach were very friendly and helpful which is always greatly appreciated. As I am in Pioneer Place nearly every day, I’ll be checking in from time to time on that cute little wristlet, with hopes that will be marked down one day. Shhhh, I already own a pair of those snazzy shades.
