Established in 2007.
After spending 20 years working as a deejay around the globe Company Tonight owner, Rick Myers, enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America. After his externship in Jakarta Indonesia and graduation from the CIA, Rick moved to Portland in 2006. After a year and a half of chef’ing and catering for others he decided to start Company Tonight Catering in honor of his mother who was always telling young Ricky, «Go clean your room, we’re having Company Tonight»

Business Owner
Rick Myers started his culinary career in the 8th grade when his mother told him he had to get a job after racking up a sizable bill at the family’s country club in Northern New Jersey. He found a summer job as a dishwasher/line cook at a busy breakfast joint on the Jersey Shore. From that point on he continued to work his way through high school and university as a line cook. After university he began working internationally and for 20 years he worked as an entertainment director/dj opening new concept nightclubs and restaurants. In 2004 he decided to change gears and attend culinary school. When he graduated he moved to Portland and within 2 years he established Company Tonight Catering.
