I received my orders today and they were 2 rose gold spray paints. One of them was missing a red spray cap, but the other one had one. I didn’t want to take the red cap from the other one as I was afraid to break it and end up with two broken spray paint cans, so I emailed the company to request for a one replacement and to ask for return instructions. Not even a minute after I sent the email, createforless emailed me back with an order receipt for 1 replacement spray paint bottle! I called their 800 number and right away was able to talk to a nice lady and she had already processed my request for free and advised not to return the item anymore. It was quick and hassle-​free! Now THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered some decorative sand for an upcoming bridal shower and two weeks later I have not received anything. I check the tracking and it says being returned to shipper. I contacted customer service and was told that all they can offer me is a refund and an apology for the inconvenience. They did not offer to ship the product to me rushed on their dime or anything. That is not customer service, if the package was damaged and it was being returned to you the least you could do is offer to fix the error and save a customer relationship. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Horrible experience!

They rip you off on the shipping charges. If you get the wrong product, you don’t get a FULL refund. I PAID for having the thread shipped to me, they should refund THAT too! And I had to pay to ship it back to them. But they should have at least refund for the FULL AMOUNT I WAS CHARGED, NOT JUST THE PRODUCT. I won’t do business with them again!

This place gets my 5 stars. I ordered some buttons, very specific: 7/​8″, white. with a shank. I bought what i thought was the right thing, described as a shank, but when they arrived it was not really a true shank and would not work for what I wanted. So before I returned them I decided to call and get help. The woman on the phone understood what I was talking about, she went onto the web site and found just the right thing, and then she said not to bother sending the others back, just keep them and they sent me a pack of the new ones, no charge for anything!
They do not have a retail presence so I would say, before you pick anything out, call as they have great customer service.

These guys have saved my bacon about a dozen times in the last 15 years — though I’ve never darkened their door. (I will be there soon, guys, as I have now moved to the NW) –
Their fast shipping of the debris of art projects, tiny bits and pieces of fleeting ideas, and surface additions to almost-​finished projects are one of the wonders of the modern internet. Besides the obvious supplies for scrapbook people and house-​bound kids — they handle all manor of makings — from unpainted and undressed cloth dolls, to paints, clays, polymers, and adhesives.
I can’t wait to shop with them when I can actually lay fingers on stuff before buying!
