History

Established in 2008.

Dr. Suppnick practices at Parkside Clinic. Parkside came into existence in 2008, started by Dr. Aaron Armbruster. The clinic has been growing since it’s inception, serving Southeast Portland and the surrounding area. Dr. Suppnick joined the practice in January of 2012.

Dr. Suppnick grew up in Michigan and completed his bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University. His interest in human biomechanics, physiology and non-​invasive health care then led him to the field of chiropractic. He was attracted to Portland’s own University of Western States by the evidence based chiropractic curriculum and the opportunity to move to the Pacific Northwest. He went on to graduate as his class’s valedictorian. As a chiropractic physician, he offers a wide variety of healing modalities including traditional and low force chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue release techniques, home exercises/​stretches, and strategies to maintain a healthy lifestyle. He has experience helping patients with acute injuries, chronic conditions and those who are interested in chiropractic as a preventative or wellness strategy. Throughout his life Dr. Suppnick has always kept very active playing for nationally competitive ultimate frisbee teams, rock climbing and practicing yoga.
