David Douglas Day Care

We are incredibly happy with David douglas day care! I was saddened to see the previous review, as the reviewer didn’t even see how well the school runs, and how well the children are cared for (as his child never attended).
My children are always happy, and love their time there. The staff does a great job with communication, and they go the extra mile consistently. I would highly recommend dddc.

We took a tour at this daycare today. It was a very bad experience. First, I was very disappointed the way we were treated. Our family with a 9-​month old baby came today for the tour. There was nobody at the front desk. A teacher greeted us and asked us to wait. Another family came in, said they were there for enrollment. Shortly after, the director named Debbie showed up. The teacher told her we were there for a tour and the other family were there for enrollment. Without even considering who came first, she immediately said she would take care the enrollment first. I was wondering where is the first-​come-​first-​serve policy here. However, I was just hoping she would take care of the enrollment quickly. I wasn’t happy but tried to be patient. 20 mins after with all the questions and answers, we were finally served. I’d been battling with myself for a while and obviously didn’t look very happy. If it was only for me, I would have taken off much sooner… Debbie showed us the area where they keep the babies and young toddlers. I was surprised they allow people walking in with shoes on the carpet where the young toddlers are playing. The outside playground area also looks cheap with a carport as a covered play area… Well, I’d seen enough. The whole tour only took 5 minutes. This is not worth the wait. Overall, this is not the place for my son and definitely not the people I like to work with… very disrespectful!
