DocuMart

I have been using documart for my small business printing needs for over 5 years. We were devoted to the eastside office off of NE Sandy Blvd., which recently merged with this office on NW Yeon.
My last job with Documart was a low run, high-​end job that required attention to detail, and more professional skill than Documart seems able to afford.
They are a print mill, and if you want a professional that will act as a consultant and adviser on your project (like a good printer should be), I would not recommend Documart. They really overlooked key details that derailed our project (like recommending a textured cover stock that messed up the digital printing, and overlooking an odd number page that acted like an insert!).
When I shared my concerns with them post-​production, I got no response. That’s not the customer service you look for when you’re paying good money for printing.

Documart was very helpful when I needed to print some lecture notes and name tags for a conference. They were able to do it all in a day and printed me some extra copies for free. Cathy and the ladies at Documart are great. Thank you!
