Established in 2005.

With almost 10 years of customer service and management experience in retail I started my agency career in 2005. My team and I have built a successful business and have achieved many awards over the years. Our agency has grown primarily through referrals which is a reflection of the excellent service that we provide.

I’ve worked with Dominic Scott and his team since inception over 10 years ago. First and foremost, Dominic is flat out awesome. A great guy that’s very friendly, personable, has a great sense of humor and not only knows all aspects of various types of insurance, he just takes care of business and has helped me throughout the years with auto, home, umbrella policies, renters, etc. Dominic is great. But what’s also is impressive is his team. They are equally as friendly and take care of questions, concerns, and claims pronto like. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends or family and would even go as far as recommending he and his insurance company to strangers, enemies, and ex girlfriends or hated bosses. Dominic and his team have handled our insurance for 6 or 7 years now. I have been very pleased with him as an agent as well as with AmFam overall. We have had to file a couple of claims over the years, have had to make several other inquiries and have made changes to policies pretty often. All calls or emails are returned promptly, usually by Dominic himself. He knows his stuff and is both friendly and professional. He has a great team who are highly responsive and courteous. There are probably thousands of insurance agents in Portland — if you are looking for one I would highly recommend Dominic!
