So it’s a good coffee… but then again, I can get good coffee at any other coffee place. Things that you don’t get to experience at other places — long waits, no parking spaces… and yes, I get it, that’s on purpose. But it just feels… kind of dirty. And yes, maybe it’s not fair from me to be reviewing this place if it just isn’t a kind of place that fits my bubble of comfort… but still. 2 stars is all I can justify giving to this fine establishment.

We have been here a dozen times and we have never gotten bad service or a bad drink! This last time we were even helped with ordering a drink off their hidden menu. So many more drinks we can try now!

Love these folks everywhere I’ve found them! They are so customer service oriented and the coffee is consistently great! I found them while traveling recently and they rocked just like my fav location on SW Hall Blvd. The Americano and the Chai Tea are my favs. The service is so wonderfully satisfying. Thanks Dutch Bros. I love your creed!!! Rock on!

Finally came here to see what the hype is all about. Plus the baby is asleep and I needed a drive thru coffee. First off, staff is super nice. Not overly scripted nice, but genuinely friendly. Thank goodness. If you’re gonna greet Portland’s finest before their morning cup of joe, the least you can be is nice. Line moves pretty quick too. Again, thank goodness. I have to agree that the location sucks, big time. But I understand, desperate times call for desperate measures. Just sip your coffee while you wait patiently for that damn red light. As for the coffee, it’s not really my cup of tea, pun intended. The drinks are on the sweet side. I’ve only tried the annihalator(after many recommendations) and another blended coffee and both are a little too sweet for me. I can now understand why kids love this place. I’ll come back for a regular coffee, and mostly cause the folks are friendly enough to make up for the location.

I love the kicker, but the manager needs some work. I have had two negative encounters with the her; both in which she was extremely short tempered and condescending. At one time, she yelled at me for not understanding that the person ahead of me had«paid it forward.» Amazing when a manager can ruin a free drink…

I have tried many drinks at Dutch Bros. the staff is awesome but the drinks are too sweet, like drinking a candy bar. So I’m not going back.

DUTCHBROTHERSPATRONS: PLEASESTOPBLOCKINGTHEROAD, BIKELANEANDASSIGNEDPARKINGFORCONDORESIDENTS!!! Giving this location 1 star not for the poor quality of their coffee or service but because their customers are a nuisance to the roadway. At almost any time of day cars will be lined up in either direction waiting for their turn to get a coffee, routinely blocking the eastbound left turn lane to Washington square mall as well as the westbound bike lane creating traffic jams and a safety hazard for cyclists, also they are parking in parking spots reserved for residents of the condo complex next door. It’s very annoying and inconvenient for residents coming home with a load of groceries. Dutch bros. customers, please respect traffic laws and have respect for other people around you. P. S. there are several other places to get coffee in the very near vicinity. STOPBLOCKINGTHEROAD!

Great coffee and the baristas are always in a good mood and chatty. It’s an alllround nice experience… except the logistics getting in and out off Hall are tricky at best. Can’t be helped and logistics be damned when you gotta get you Dutch Bros on.

This was my first experience with Dutch Bros, and I will certainly be back for more! Even with a long line of people waiting for their morning elixir, my order was placed and delivered within 5 minutes by a very friendly, welcoming and genuinely enthusiastic employee. I ordered a medium iced Americano and my partner ordered the The Kicker and both drinks are highly recommended in my book. To top it off, we received 2 full stamp cards that will provide us two free coffees on our next visit! The atmosphere was very fun and employees seem to really enjoy what they do.

This location is hit or miss, as I imagine most of these places are. I’m not from the area so whenever I’m around Portland I look for Dutch Bros everywhere. This one has long lines and when that happens they dump drinks out that aren’t as good as I’m hoping to get. But it’s close to my wife’s extended family so we head here whenever we’re in town.

I love this place, every time I visit Oregon I gotta go there and drink their iced beverages! They have a few items on the menu that the master very well. Their coffee is great too, and the beans are good I thought. Each location might have different service but over all they defiantly rock your buds.

Love Dutch — but specifically this group of AWESOME baristas! Only real down fall is that the location is HORRIBLE to get in to when they are busy. You’re often times on Hall stopped! That being said… they’ve got the BEST chai! And a walk up window… so, I’ve parked at Target and walked over when the line was crazy.

Delicious hot coffee served quickly. What else could you want? There were seven cars in front of us and it only took us about 3 to 4 minutes to get to the front. Or coffee was hot, good, and ready to go when we got to the booth. A good cup of coffee at a good price. It was quick and convenient perfect for on the way to work.

Hands down, the friendliest and fastest service I’ve ever seen at a coffee stand! A long line is generally a good sign at a coffee stand — and that certainly proved true here at Dutch Brothers. Though the line was lengthy, it seemed to be moving fast. That’s because, while drinks were delivered and payments given at the window, a different barista came out of the shop to our car to get our order.(Um…WOW!) By the time we got to the window our drinks were hot and ready. Both the barista who took our order and the one who delivered it were friendly and smiling. A very pleasant experience all round. And the coffee? Excellent! The Portland penchant of giving things interesting names lives on here, with drinks like the Annihalator and the 911. I went for the Cocomo, a coconut-infused mocha, and it was just what the doctor ordered. With fast and friendly service and great coffee, this Dutch Brothers coffee stand just became a place we’ll come back to when we get back to Portland. Love it!

This place is right next door to where we live and it’s packed. Fortunately, they have a walk up counter, so we chose that option. My wife was raving about it, so today she took me to try it out for my first time. I had the annihilator which was a chocolate mac nut mocha. I’ve gotten a little sick of mochas and lattes lately, but this was exceptional and a nice pick me up! Delicious and now I can’t wait to try other flavors.

I don’t drink coffee myself, but I’ve heard DB has very good coffee. I love hot chocolate, but I can’t have sugar, and it’s very hard to find a place that offers a sugar free alternative. It was even tasty!

Learned about this place on CBS’s Undercover Boss and was intrigued by their style of serving up the cracky juice. I had almost forgotten about them until my friends suggested that we stop by. It is as I remember seeing it, small hut, overly energetic runners/baristas, can’t go wrong there! Felt like getting a cold one even though the temp was mild in the 60s. Looking over their impressive array of cold concoctions, I settled for a Dutch Freeze without any flavor add ins(they’re free by the way). The Dutch Freeze, like an espresso milkshake, was super creamy velvety and that’s exactly what I look for in a blended iced coffee. It didn’t take me long to down that and want more but I had to refrain because there were many more calorically deadly foods coming my way. Can’t wait to hit up another Dutch Bros while on a mini-adventure our out of town!
