Eastport Plaza is an exceptional contribution to the community. There is a Walmart, a theater and countless small businesses, including some good conveyer belt sushi. It is gigantic, providing patrons with lots of parking and easy access to the seventy-two bus line. I have gone here several times to do several different things. Almost always, I have had a great time and it’s a pleasure to go here. I look forward to the different movies and new foods to try as I anticipate going here many times more. Eastport Plaza is without hesitation fantastic.

This was in my hood for decades. Still find myself here from timt to time. The theater is huge and well kept with several movies playing ay any time. Plenty of choices for food and drink. Even an exercise place for those who’ve eaten too much. Post Office. Big Chain Super Center for all your cheap needs. This plaza has had its up and down like the rest of the world but it seems to be going up from here. I look forward to all the fun seasonal events that come and go.

Nice bunch of little stores there, especially places I like to pick things up like at the Dollar tree and then a Walmart across the parking lot, and little shops. Its nice to have a bunch of little stores for me to hit when I am in search of a gift and then in search of a cheap gift bag afterwards like at the dollar tree! =) Nice little convenient spot to shop!

I’m always running from corner to corner of the vast collection of parcels that form Eastport Plaza. I love the cluster of stores/eateries in the SW corner of Eastport Plaza and go there frequently. Some days, I spend hours in the NE corner at the Joann Fabrics and Ross looking for stuff to transform. Other evenings, I’m over at the Century 16 in the SE corner to catch a movie. I probably should spend more time at the LA Fitness in the middle — but I seem to be getting my exercise just walking across the parking lot. My favorite reason to go to the middle of Eastport Plaza is to visit with Dianne, the mall manager. She’s really positive and upbeat — puts a lot of energy and thought into getting good tenants that the neighborhood will enjoy, and is great at bringing awesome community events like the Chinese Harvest Festival and winter toy-drives to the ‘Port.

This isn’t much of a shopping center. In fact, its really a parking lot with a small heap of stores and restaurants in a semi-newly remodeled space. There is a Walmart, a movie theater, a few banks, some crappy restaurants, and lots of space. Essentially a picture of suburbia without much of any downtown flair. I tend to come here for the ATMs at the banks and maybe an occasional visit to Walmart. There is also a Chinese buffet and an overpriced Radio Shack here as well, I suppose this place is as good as any for the potentially bored and broke teenagers.
