Emilie’s Private Chef and Catering Services is the culmination of years of work front and back of house in restaurants and homes from New York to Italy, Spain, and Paris. Emilie is a student of Agriculture and Classic French Cuisine, knowledge that she uses to create a spectacular balance of Old and New world inspired food, using only the finest ingredients found in New York.

Business Owner
Emilie Friedman has studied Sustainable Agriculture in the US and Abroad, and graduated from the French Culinary Institute with honors. She has been the chef in many private homes, hotels and Bed and Breakfasts throughout Europe and in New York. She currently lives in Brooklyn, and works as a Culinary Instructor, Private Chef and Caterer.
