Meet the Business Owner

Eric N.

Business Owner

Eric Newman has spent more than two decades in our local housing market. Prior to becoming one of Portland’s top loan originators, he was a Realtor and owned a successful residential contracting business. His clients love the experience level that he brings through his understanding of every aspect of residential real estate. That client satisfaction is evidenced by multiple years of Eric receiving the Five Star Mortgage Professional award, which is given only to the top lending professionals in the area.

Communication is KEY in a tech-savvy world. Eric’s clients find him extremely reachable, and very responsive. In each purchase or refinance transaction, he uses a proven system to keep everyone informed regularly, including the Realtors. He loves using video to educate his clients and referral partners on changes in the housing market, and why it can affect them. Finding a loan originator with his level of creativity and speaking skills is rare in the mortgage industry.
