Great spot for a multitude of pet needs. We buy our chicken feed here (Scratch & Peck). They have a punch card system for chicken feed which gets you a free 11th bag. The staff is always nice and willing to help carry a heavy load to the car. Great neighborhood addition.

After all this time Fang & Feather is one of my favorite places to shop, not only do they have great food, treats and toys for my dog and cats the staff has knowledge of the products they sell, and stand behind those products. I am sure I am in two to three times a week. Love this place.

These guys are great. They are very knowledgeable and answered all of my crazy cat lady questions. They gave me a bunch of food samples to try. Which is a huge help when you are trying to find out what your kittehs will eat. Also, very reasonably priced.

The staff are friendly and most importantly they have my pups brand of pet food. The frequent buyer cards are great and their grain free dog food selection is extensive. The inside of the shop smells of pet food and is a decent size.

I know for a fact my dog loves this place, because she actually runs right up to the door if we pass it on our walk. They have a great selection of food, treats, and toys and it’s all reasonably priced! They also have a frequent buyer program, buy 10 bags get one free! The staff here is super nice and they are so knowledgable. I love that this sweet little shop is right down the street from us, highly recommend if you’re in the Kenton area.

My little furry one loves this place — and so do I!
On one of our walks, we decided to stop on by and go in. Since I wanted to get her a little treat, I hoped that it would have a great selection along with be painless on my wallet — and it was. We were greeted enthusiastically by the man at the counter, and proceeded to look around. Great pricing (way cheaper than I expected!), and even more amazing products. No need for me to go anywhere else when this shop is just a few blocks from me! After I picked up a cute little toy for my pup, we headed out — and have come back since!

They have everything you need. Taste of the wild dog food… check! Squeeky kong balls… check! Great location. I’m pregnant, so I couldn’t carry the heavy dog food bag, and he offered to carry it out to my car without me asking. Thank you Fang and Feather! I am definitely coming back.

A really impressive selection of food and treats for your furry friend.
Our dog became allergic to the food he has been eating for the past 7 years. Our vet recommended that we start feeding with a single source protein and starch food. Boom! They had several to choose from and we were even able to donate the old food he can no longer eat. They also sell doggie bagels and veggie chews that he can have. Great customer service as well.
I’m really excited to be supporting this local pet store.

A lovely little neighborhood shop. They seem to have what I need, and are happy to order requested products if you are willing to wait. The staff here knows their stuff too. More and more I’m considering the staff at these locally owned type shops to be like a secondary vet. In fact, many times I leave here with more answers and solutions than I do from when leaving the vet.

An off-​shoot of the wonderful Salty’s, Fang & Feather does it all right! They have a good selection of quality products, offer case discounts, and even hold adoption events and low-​cost vaccine clinics in the store regularly. They promote good training services and support the community by posting fliers for many important non-​profit programs. Love them!

A fantastic gem for your fuzzy buddies in Kenton! Superior customer service and top-​notch selection make Fang & Feather a terrific addition to North Portland local business– previously our closest option was the Petco in Jantzen Beach. When you buy 10 bags of food, you get one free– they keep a file with your name on it so they can track your purchases.
I love the Fang & Feather, and will be a customer of theirs as long as they keep their doors open. Highly recommend it.

We love Fang & Feather! My honey happened upon this pet store while checking out our new neighborhood and we have been in at least half a dozen times since. We have a dog and a gecko, with a cat on the way, and each can find their necessities here, making it a convenient one stop shop for us.
Nancy is great, as are the other staff members we have met, and all are so sweet and loving to our pup whenever we bring her in. We absolutely love supporting a local business and plan to do the majority of our pet shopping here!

I love Fang & Feather. Great neighborhood shop that keeps all your pets needs in mind. I love that the owners are so friendly, thoughtful, and helpful when I come in to the store — they even remember my pets name which is sweet.
They even carry products to keep your chickens happy and healthy!

This is an awesome pet supply store, full of everything I need at competitive prices & with GREAT service. They are super-​accommodating & responsive, adding things to their inventory that I have requested. I love the raw meat supplies & the super-​affordable bulk biscuits, all within walking distance from home (and open til 7pm!). Nancy (the owner) & Terrence know a lot about critters & are SO helpful. This shop is the perfect addition to our little Kenton village.
