Great service and extremely wonderful owners. They are the sweetest! I got a lint roller on Christmas Eve when I picked up my clothes! Made me smile.

I took in my jacket, two pairs of pants, and two shirts 10 minutes before closing. I asked if it could be done by next day and he said no problem. He did not charge me a rush fee for anything instead he just said he’ll get it done as soon as possible. He was very friendly and very professional, I would definitely be going back here and I definitely recommend to everyone! He saved me alot of trouble

I used them regularly for years but lately it has been simply dodgy. I have had suits returned to me that still have dirt on them and there is no courtesy tag stating that they could not remove a spot or stain. It is almost as if they simply press the clothes and then return them. And what is even more alarming is that they now demand you pay in advance. So not only do you not get a refund if they do shoddy work, but you also run the chance of someone walking off with your order. Because they use your cell phone as an identifier, anyone with your cell number and a really big grudge against you can pick up your clothes… and of course you will never see them again. (I could see this happening during a divorce or ugly break up). There must be better cleaners in NE with better customer policies.

They did a good job on the cleaning. But, they almost lost my order… couldn’t find my items for about 30 minutes. The owner who was helping me wasn’t familiar with that part of the gig apparently. However, I’d go back.

They are great. I brought in a lot of men’s dress shirts, got them cleaned and ironed (pressed) for $ 1.95 each plus brought in some winter clothes he done them for 19.95 + 10% off. I am happy with his work and how clean and pressed everything was. I was worried that I’ll be just throwing money away but I’m am very pleased. Will be bringing in more this week :)

Fashion Cleaners seems like a nice spot. I dropped off my pea coat on a Saturday, and it was ready for pick up the following Wednesday. Their prices are affordable and the staff is nice. I would go back for future dry-​cleaning needs!

It’s been a while since I moved to the west side, but I still come back here whenever I need something important dry cleaned! I know they’ll do a great job of not just cleaning it, but noticing things that I would’ve missed like loose buttons or a small hole I didn’t see. Great service and great people; highly recommended.

I was up in Portland for business last week and needed to get a suit cleaned. Fashion Cleaners did an even better job than the dry cleaners I use back home — I wish they had a location in San Jose!

Never thought Id find a replacement for Angel Cleaners in Beaveton… but Fashion Cleaners has been doing a fantastic job. They also do my mending. They rescued my favorite sweater!

Yeah, see I got all these bespoke clothes on my recent trip to Vietnam, and damn they look good on me. But I could only wear them so many times before they needed a good cleaning. And maybe a seam or two repaired. And with tailored-​to-​order clothing, you don’t want to just take it anywhere. So Unilocal led me to this little outpost on Sandy, and I trusted them with my gear. And they did right by me. A whole bunch of shirts cleaned and two seams repaired (one on a shirt, one on jeans) within the week for $ 34 and change?
Oh yeah.
I love being dirty, but clean feels good sometimes too.

For regular dry cleaning, this is a great place! It’s accessible on NE Sandy, it’s fair priced, and the service is Nordstrom-​like.
I’ve had several pairs of pants hemmed there and, as long as you’re wearing the shoes you plan to wear with the pants, they’ll do a nice job.

This place is fine if you want a pair of slacks dry cleaned, or a shirt pressed on the cheap, but I wouldn’t take anything here that is delicate, valuable, or has personal sentiment. They DO NOT know how to clean leather or suede — in fact they ruin it — and their response to ruined garments is disrespectful and insulting. I suppose it’s nice to be able to «drive thru» this dry cleaner, but not if it’s at the expense of being able to spend a few extra minutes examining your items for problems or mistakes. Such a shame.

I would rate this a «0» but Unilocal isnt allowing it. Yoon ruined my $ 800 leather coat. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VALUABLES TO FASHION CLEANERS!!! He did nothing to compensate me or make it better. Very very bad customer service. I DO NOT recommend this establishment.

Once again Fashion Cleaners blows my mind. For a very fair price they removed a snow powder skirt from a New North Face jacket I had bought (I plan to use the jacket @ town not at the mountain– so the elastic on this skirt unbuttoned @ my stomach just added bulk to the coat).They removed the skirt & made a perfect stitch line that looks like it came from the factory that way. And now jacket is perfectly comfortable.
Whether its dry cleaning-​regular clothes washing or tailoring (they’ve hemmed several pairs of Levi’s for me-​increased the size of a hat for my mom that she got as a gift and they’ve washed a fave quilt of mine that’s too large for my dryer and takes forever for me to dry) Fashion Cleaners is my favorite cleaners in he 503(& as a native of PDX at 39 years of age I’ve been to a few @ town)

Been a regular customer for 2.5 years now, work is always professional, well done and on time. What keeps me going back is the customer service. The owners of this family run business always have a smile, know my name, and help me out to my car if needed.
Not sure what kind of experience Elizabeth below had, but from knowing these people for a couple years I have a hard time believing it is true.

I don’t do a lot of dry cleaning, however with an upcoming job interview I figured now would be as good as ever to clean my suit. I drive by this location every day for work and figured why not, I’d give it a shot.
The parking lot is pretty small, however was completely empty each time I went. They also have a drive-​thru, who doesn’t like that?! Upon entering I met an older Asian gentleman and an older Asian female, his wife I presume. There was a stain on my jacket and I asked him if he thought he’d be able to get it out, to which he enthusiastically replied «Yes, no problem!». I was relieved to hear that and he penciled me in to pick it up 5 days later, he said I could have it done within 3 days if I needed to, but I didn’t so I said 5 days was plenty fine.
I came back 6 days because I had forgotten to pick it up the day before, doh! To clean the jacket and pants was $ 12, a little on the expensive side I feel, but since I don’t do dry cleaning this is not a problem for me.
Overall a great experience, very friendly and polite customer service, reasonable prices (to me), and great quality work. I highly recommend this place, especially with the drive-​thru access.

Love that it is family-​owned. Incredibly nice and always great service. Convenient that they have a drive-​thru for quick pick-​up as well. Have gotten pants altered, which was also done well and affordable.

I am very happy with the staff here and their results. I have utilized their service to hem and repair two pairs of pants for me and they did a fine job. They also clean my dress slacks for work and I have no complaints. They are very friendly and their business feels clean and organized. We recently moved to North Portland and I decided to try to find a dry cleaner closer to our new home. Sadly, I had a horrible experience (I tried Walnut Cleaners – horrid), and now I will just continue to come back to Fashion Cleaners. It’s worth the drive for friendly service and reliable results.

I went there based on these positive reviews and had the WORST dry cleaning experience I have ever had (and I have had many dry cleaning experiences). I took two needlepoint pillows with suede cloth edges and a silk two piece pants outfit. The suede cloth was ruined and so was the fabric on the top of the pants outfit – ruined – unredeemable. I took them back and the (yes, very nice, but useless) man said it was because they were old – that’s ridiculous. If both things hadn’t been RUINED I would give some (extremely minimal) credence to this, but he not only made excuses for ruining my belongings – both with sentimental and practical attachments – but made no offer for amends. I left the pants outfit for him to throw out and it will cost me a fortune to have the needlepoint pillows restores. AVOID this place.

I love drive thrus. Very convenient and things get done timely.
