This camp is a HUGE waste of money and time. It was disorganized, underequipped, and understaffed. An example: on the first day, the project was to make hats, using a hot glue gun to attach the fabric and other embellishments. With approximately 30 students, there were only a few glue guns(maybe 4 or 5?). The website says they will learn sewing skills? That’s a little tough when there are only 2 machines provided. Yes — you’re reading that right, TWO for 30 campers!!! At least half of the day is spent sitting around, waiting for help or instruction. With limited materials, limited access to assistance and a looming«fashion show» on Friday, it was a frustrating and stressful week and there were many who were in tears from the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this nor every send my daughter back. For a $ 400/week day camp, it didn’t even come close to delivering the creative opportunity we had anticipated.
