Our classes range from yoga, bootcamp and running workshops. Our fitness programs are open to all levels of fitness and age ranges. We specialize in motivation by positive reinforcement and encourage our team members to work to achieve their personal best.

History
Established in 2009.
You will recognize Fit Approach Instructors & Members by our bright (typically hot pink) apparel. Fit Approach provides Personal Training, Outdoor Fitness Group Training and Corporate Wellness in Portland, OR. Head Strength Coach, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, Jamie King is the founder.
Jamie is an ultra marathoner, yogi and all around fitness nerd.

Jamie King started Fit Approach bootcamps in San Francisco, CA as a way to help her colleagues get in shape and quickly turned her passion and hobby into a thriving business.

Business Owner
Jamie King is a NSCA certified trainer and a 200 hour RYT yoga instructor and owner of an online fitness community. As a competitive ultra runner, avid yogi and all around fitness and outdoors enthusiast, she loves helping people find their inner athletes.
She loves being able to help others improve their physical performance, mental strength, confidence and physique.
A recent transplant from San Francisco, CA, Jamie is thrilled to bring her unique style of yoga and bootcamps to Portland.
