Liliya always works with another of her several employees. The two person team works well together, not repeating work already done by the other. IME the other employee usually is a harder worker than Liliya and her areas of the house will be done more thoroughly. Liliya skims things and I have often found obviously dirty spots left by her. She will redo poor work when asked but will do the work the same poor way the next time.
She and her workers are pleasant so I have often just redone their work as necessary.
Liliya also has the habit of changing appt times for her convenience; on a number of occasions I have gone without cleaning because her change would not work for me.
This is a company that can do OK work, with some not OK mixed in, but Liliya expects to be in charge of time, whether it suits the customer or not.
