I live in the neighborhood behind this dump, and these losers use our entire neighborhood as their personal overflow storage, including PARKING ON OUR SIDEWALKS. They’ve been cited by the city for this but they keep on doing it. Don’t give these scumbags your money. They are a blight on our neighborhood, and like every other shitty 82^nd lot, the cars they sell are all auction garbage.

My boyfriend and I had the worst car buying experience ever at this place. Not only were we treated poorly, we were lied too and scammed. They had left the car for us to pick up after it was detailed, tires replaced with new ones and a new battery. When we picked it up nothing had been done, the car was filthy! On top of that they had left no trip permit. It took us 2 weeks to get that stuff done with them. All I can say is stay away from this place… I give it negative 4 stars

Do not do business here, you cannot trust these people. In December I went there on a whim looking at cars in Portland when I live in Seattle. I purchased from them a dark green 2005 Chrysler Sebring that according to the Unilocal pictures has been resold as of 1÷30÷15. Being 18 and buying my first car on my own I wasn’t sure what was normal and not. As I was filling out the paperwork for the loan at the dealership with my girlfriend there they were telling me what to put down obvious that I was new to this. The price for the car was $ 4,000 so I put a down payment of $ 800 however they told me the bank would only give me the payments of $ 150 a month if I put down $ 1,200. I agreed to pay $ 800 up front on my card since that was the entirety of my savings with the understanding that I would pay the last $ 400 when I got my next paycheck and to then lie to the bank saying that I paid $ 1,200 cash which I thought nothing of it. They then let me drive the car 4 hours back home to Seattle that night before telling me via text that the bank needed a co-​signer for the deal to go through after they had accused me of lying on the paperwork, which I had not. The only co-​signer I had at the time was my mother who is wheel chair bound due to MS, this being the case I asked if the co-​signing could be done over the phone or fax. The person I was contacting Eric H. said that it would be okay given the circumstances that our wheel chair accessible van wasn’t working at the time. A few days after this I got a call saying the bank approved of the loan we just needed to be signed at the dealership after they already told me that it could be all done over phone and fax. I told them this couldn’t be done due to the van and they said the only other option was to either have them send 2 employees down to pick up the car which they claimed would use up the entire $ 1,200 down payment or I could bring back the car myself. I agreed to the latter and on January 7^th before heading down to the dealership my girlfriends brother found that they were breaking the contract since I had yet to make a single payment on the car and upon calling the dealership to inquire on my behalf was cussed at and hung up on by Eric H. He and his wife than accompanied me and my girlfriend down to the dealership with the dealership telling us to park the car nearby and tell them where I placed the keys so they could discuss over the phone how much money I would be getting back. We decided against this and came back the next day about noon after parking the car a block away and locking the doors. We went in to the dealership and after telling them I wasn’t going to disclose the location of the car or give up the key until my refund was discussed I as well as my girlfriends brother were sworn at while the lot manager got literally just a few inches from my girlfriends brothers face in an attempt to intimidate, as soon as we threatened and proceed to call the police the manager showed up with a list in his hand and cars began to be moved around off the lot, we looked down the street and saw that they (employees of the dealership) found the car and the doors I had locked were now wide open (either via Slim Jim or withholding a key both are felony charges) we raced over to the car while on the phone with 911, they then told my girlfriends brother they were going to «knock this little boy out» referring to him, while my girlfriends sister-​in-​law with the key tried getting in the car she was pressed into the open door by the employee which counted as assault (felony) and once in the car the employee than held the wheel so she couldn’t go anywhere to a safe distance (felony detainment) we caught the incident on camera and upon the police showing up they agreed to give me back $ 800 of my original $ 1200 if we don’t press charges. I cashed the check upon returning home and it had a stop payment. I called the owner Damon about getting a replacement and he said he would send it in the mail. This was February 12^th I never got anything back. I called everyday for 3 weeks and Damon could never be reached. It is now March 25^th and I’m taking them to court for this. Stay away from Front Line Ready.

This place is horrible. They sold me a car and told me to return it because nobody co signed. This is the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time here.

I was hesitant to go here afar the reviews but was so glad that I did! I don’t have the best credit and thought I was a lost cause. I was able to get an Acura MDX with all leather interior. I held off on writing a review to make sure there was no break down. I purchased my car a year ago and it is still running strong! Give them a try!

Don’t returned phone calls, misplacing paperwork in order to register a car into my name. This company should shut down, highly disappointed.

Rick and Rachel were absolutely fabulous, no pressure, worked with me with honor, integrity and they kept their word. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a used vehicle. My family will be going to them in the future.

Stay away from this dealership! I purchased a vehicle that BROKE DOWN TWO HOURS LATER. I was told that «oh that will be fixed its nothing and will take like two minutes to fix». The repairs were never performed as discussed, causing the breakdown. Almost as bad is that I was subsequently treated very rudely on the phone by the OWNER. I was yelled at and hung up on at least twice with implied several implied threats. Very unprofessional and frankly made me feel uneasy.
Stay far, far away from this lot. Not sure what they are doing to their cars but it is nothing but bad news.
