I’m not sure if this shop is still open, but it seems they might be closed now. David and his crew are ace mechanics. I know they were very busy and falling behind at times, so it’s a bummer the only other review on here is a hysterical, angry one because I know they’re good, honest guys who do great work.

I had originally brought my car in around September to get a part replaced. I had the new part, David only charged me for his time. Told him that I’d be coming back for sure because of how they treated first treated me, and made me feel good.
Fast forward to this last Monday (12÷29÷14) I brought my car back in for a few issues that were concerning me about my car. Told David what was going on, he performed a full diagnostic tests, then came to the conclusion that my plugs needed to be replaced, and nothing else AT THE TIME.
$ 132, and the following day later, my car is still acting out, but even more severe now. I call the shop to speak with David, couldn’t get in touch with him, but his father said he’d call me back after he got back from lunch (this was at 11am). Come 2pm I had heard anything back, so I gave them another call, no answer. It’s near my home so I just drove over, shop was all closed up (shady or draw of the hat, idk).
The next day finally touched base with David, explained what was continuing to happen, that’s it’s now gotten worse since the repair, and that id like to come in to see what can be done. David said he’d look into some research online to see what he can dig up. Called me back around 5, said just to come in tomorrow morning at 10am (1÷1÷15) after asking twice if he is sure 10am is good, he confirmed. Said we’ll go for a drive to see what happens while at higher speeds.
(1/1/15)I arrive at 1040am (late yes) to his father answering the door, saying David isn’t answering his phone, and will not be in until after noon or later. After explaining to his father that David said 10am is what he said to me to be in, and him not showing up, or even giving me a call to say he’s be in later is pretty unprofessional. His father apologized, said he’d have David call me as soon as he got in that day. 9pm rolls around, NOT A SINGLE CALL.
Today I tried calling to speak with him, no answer. I could go on about why he could be dodging me, if he’s actually that busy, or whatever reasons. This has just rubbed me the wrong way, and I feel like I was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge for auto repairs. Not only have my car issues (the ones he said he fixed) gotten worse, but I cannot even drive my car without it stalling.
Thanks for nothing, hopefully this is taken to heart, and you treat your other current/​future customers better. I will not be returning to this shop.
