Gateway Elks Lodge No 2411

Was there with friends recently. It’s an old building and it shows but the people where nice and the drinks where cheap. The food was ok if you stick to the easy orders. This organization has done alot of good in the past, not sure what they do now to be honest. Hopefully more of the same. There is one thing that stands out most in my time there… a waitress or maybe shes the bartender she was rude, seemed bothered to do her job kind of scattered. look for a new line of work if your not happy lady. Her name was Carla I believe… what a b — -.

Very nice place to have a drink. The décor is a bit dated, but the people are friendly, the drinks strong, and the prices low.
I was taken here by a friend who is a long time member and after some ribbing by the peanut gallery at the bar, I’ve decided to join the club. They have a nice large Lounge up front and another Bar in the back with a large game room. It looks like 3 pool tables and a snooker table along with a full size Shuffleboard table.
Judging by the size of this place, this was a happening place at one time. Hope it becomes one again soon.

Members only have access to an inexpensive bar & restaurant dining with live music events and dancing, along with FREE use of the game room with big screen TV, pool tables, shuffle board, cards tables and darts – and don’t forget bingo! There are lottery machines, a picnic /​barbecue area and RV parking. As a Unilocaler and Younger Elk, it gives me a feeling of pride to be associated with a group who support many charities out of brotherly care & love – and know how to party-​on! And if you party too hard, no problem, the MAX is a short walk to catch a ride home!
Gateways Elks is a benevolent, patriotic, and god-​fearing organization. Get a sponsor and join up, new members are welcome. Participate with your time and resources supporting causes, like the The Elks Children’s Eye Clinic at the Casey Eye Institute, OHSU, provides pediatric eye care services for babies (perfroms cutting edge laser surgery for babies, done probably no where else), children and young adults. Supports many other charities.
Drop in and take a tour, you will be surprised as I was, that Elks are for the ages – for any age, younger or older! And as a member, you can visit any other Elk club in the U.S.A.
