I have been using Geeks A Knockin’ for many years and have always had my computer working again perfectly. They are professional and know what they are doing. I just had them here again after a couple of years and my computer is working again with no issues. Thank you Justin!

Fool me once, it’s your mistake. Fool me twice, it’s my mistake & I don’t make the same mistake twice. Well, Geeks a Knockin finally did call me back & we arranged to try a «remote» fix. Guess what… It didn’t work. When I called them back to let them know that my computer was working just as bad, if not worse, than before they «fixed» it, they told me that they would come to the house again but would have to charge me for another service call. «NOT GONNA HAPPEN». My advice… Bring you computer in to the Geek Squad in Best Buy, you’ll pay mpre but the job will get done right.
