TERRIBLE customer service. slow. My husband asked for a size 7 engagement ring, it took weeks longer than estimated and then was a size 6! Norm then stretched the ring to 7, not ideal for the tensile strength or life of the ring, which he should know. Then we stopped by later to look at crystals, and when we mentioned getting our wedding rings elsewhere he became very cynical and rude. He then proceeded to say that «it is a good thing you guys don’t have kids» and sneered at us. It made me cry, which no bride-​to-​be needs before the wedding. He was incredibly rude, harsh and colder than the rocks he sells.
