Go Dog Go PDX is a full service pet care provider. We specialize in group and individual dog walks, as well as pet sitting and pet boarding. We know the value that regular exercise can bring to your dog’s daily life, as well as the ability to take a break from the monotony of the day while you are at work.

We have experience with all types of dogs, temperaments, and all stages of life. Dogs are matched in small groups for walks and play to allow them to socialize and bond with one another. Interacting with other dogs and people makes your dog well adjusted, happier and healthier! All walks and play come with positive reinforcement and lots of love.

Go Dog Go PDX is trained in dog behavior as well as certified in Pet first Aid and CPR. Your pet’s safety is our primary concern. We are mindful of grouping dogs by size to ensure that small dogs feel comfortable and are matched with dogs that are in like size.

History

Established in 2009.

Kelly has been a resident of Portland since 2007. After 15 years working in the software industry, her love of dogs inspired a career change. Knowing the joy that her dog Fin brought to her life, and the solace she felt leaving him in the care of qualified, professional dog sitters made her realize how important it is to make sure our four legged loves are well cared for.

She also quickly learned that Fin was not sad to see her go when he got to spend some quality time with his favorite sitters and walkers, and always came home happily exhausted. She learned that the more time Fin spent with other dogs and other care takers, the happier he seemed to be at home. With that Kelly began Go Dog Go PDX. She is a certified dog walker and also holds a certification in Pet First Aid and Pet CPR.
