Business Owner

As a principal at Green Building Services, Inc., Elaine brings a unique perspective to green building and sustainability initiatives. Her multidisciplinary background and diverse project experience, which ranges from residential and commercial development to manufacturing and volume certifications, distinguishes her in the green building industry. She has extensive expertise in challenging projects such as historic buildings, multi-​tenant office buildings and assembly sites, and has worked on more than 100 LEED for Existing Building projects. Elaine leads teams through the successful greening of their buildings and facilities management practices. By focusing on strategies that deliver the greatest value, Elaine consistently positions project teams to exceed their initial green building expectations. Her excellence as a communicator, and her results-​driven focus, keep projects teams on schedule, on budget and on target with their green building goals.
