Business Owner

You may know a bit about what I do and how I do it, but perhaps not why. Simply put, I have a passion for the success of independent, locally-​owned businesses in Portland and support local companies whenever possible. In a volatile economy and with the uncertainty of health care, many employer groups are confused and struggling with how best to protect their businesses and their employees — their workplace «family».

I really enjoy helping businesses to optimize their health benefit program — not just at renewal time — but all year long. I first learn about the people in each organization — and then devise creative ways to best meet the benefit needs of the company (cost or recruiting) — along with the individual needs of its employees and families.
