I have been here about 15 time in 12yrs. Always takes longer than excepted BUT my color is always perfect and they always listen to exactly what it is i am after.

Well, they cut my hair… I feel bad cause going into detail will be hurtful and I know the woman needs the work, but I asked for a particular haircut for which I showed her a pic. She seemed very confident, but tragically I came out looking like Simple Jack. They also didn’t take credit cards which they neglected to mention until after the butcher. On the plus side when I got home I found the long-​hair– buck-​wheat-​strand she left on the back crown of my head. Classy misstep.
