I’m no expert on this company, but as far as I can tell they are the regional distributors for isuzu parts, covering Washington, Oregon, Alaska. that makes them the ultimate regional source for anything you need: every time i call the dealer in seattle, they call (or actually, fail to call) the ‘distributor in portland’, to order it.
alas, in my experience these parts are COMPLETELY unavailable, and even un-​findable whatsoever, on the web. so, after the kinda useless local distributor, and the totally useless internet, these guys are the only way to get parts for old isuzu’s. ugh. so the good news, they probably have your part. the bad news, they have you over a barrel, and that 2cent washer is going to cost about $ 8.94… but i suppose that’s the same no matter what brand of engine you buy.
[rant: finding parts for my volvo diesel was about one thousand times easier… i can’t even find a part number online for the isuzu, much less a part!]
