Hara Holistic Bodycenter has been serving the greater Portland area since the Spring of 2005. We offer a variety of holistic and therapeutic body treatments including Deep Tissue Massage, our Signature Facelift Massage, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), and Raindrop Therapy, amongst many more!

If you need to balance your energy flow (otherwise known as your chi or hara) your body is a good place to start and we offer just the treatment!

History

Established in 2005.

Hara opened it’s doors in the Spring of 2005 and we have since enjoyed providing the greater Portland area with a wide variety of holistic and therapeutic treatments including Deep Tissue Massage and our Signature Uplifting Facial, amongst many more. Hara’s primary focus is treatment of chronic pain including but not limited to headache and jaw pain as well as hip and knee care. We work with a variety of local doctors and physical therapists in pre and post surgery care to provide an opportunity for a full and rounded recovery.

In our recent year we have welcomed new treatments, aside from chronic pain management, like Reiki, Raindrop Therapy, and IET.

Business Owner

Dearbhaile O’Brien-LeVeen moved from Ireland to Maine and graduated from Downeast School of massage in 2000. Over her fifteen years in massage, Dearbhaile’s practice has grown into a much deeper pain management therapy. She enjoys working with those suffering with chronic pain and disabling illness. Her practice has grown and now holds a variety of talented therapists who are also committed to providing a variety of thoughtful, therapeutic bodywork.
