I called Aaron about repairing my leaking hydrocollator, I was hoping that it could be repaired rather than recycled, I received his voicemail and left a message.
Aaron called me back the same day. He explained that he could try to repair it but that it may be a better choice to buy a new one (mine was 30 yrs old…). I love that he warned me that it may be too expensive to repair, honesty is always the best policy whne you run your own business.
So, as it turned out, it had a structural leak that wasn’t worth fixing.
I will recommend him and return to him for future repairs on any medical supply devices. He also mentioned that he repairs hydraulic lift massage/​chiropractic tables.
