The idea for Hearing Health began in 2009 after working for two of the largest hearing aid providers in Portland for the past 6 years. At those jobs, I saw a gap between what we were doing and what was known and available for people that could enhance their hearing and quality of life. I saw a need for a new approach based on putting the success and satisfaction of the client before profit, and providing the most advanced testing, fitting, rehabilitation, follow-​up and client care available.

I began Hearing Health to prove that it’s possible to give people the finest testing, fitting, rehabilitation, customer care possible, and thrive as a business.

After 8 years working for two other hearing aid companies in Portland, I realized people wanted a level of care that most hearing aid providers weren’t taking the time to give people. It seemed like profit was more important than people.

After three years in business, we’ve proven it’s possible to really honor people, listen and respond to your concerns and questions, cut no corners, provide people the very best, and thrive as a business.

I’ve been a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist for the past 12 years in Portland. I started Hearing Health 2010 with a commitment to providing hearing impaired people, and their families, uncompromising, extraordinary care, service and products. Our attention is on you having the best hearing experience, not simply selling you hearing aids and moving on to the next person.
