I went by today and saw that they’re closed for a while and was so disappointed so I wanted to share my review from the last time I went to Igpay. Despite their limited hours, I was able to snag a sandwich a while back and it was delicious!!! I can’t recommend the food, the prices or the service enough. I got the original sandwich and my bf got the buffalo(I think…). Both were amazing and I definitely recommend either. I truly hope they are able to come back and when they do, definitely check them out.

Top-notch, pork-based food truck with a clever name. A friend brought me some vittles from here on a long night, and now I just want more! The good: pork well seasoned. Bread with a good crust, but not ready to tear your mouth to shreds. Tots. The bad: I have not yet been able to make it back, and verify my funding on a repeat visit or three. The ugly: possibly the location. It’s a great cart. I can’t imagine it wouldn’t do well in any other pod. That said, it’s a niche location, and locals should count themselves lucky. I’m going to be back, IGPAY! Count on it.

Very good, and very novel sandwiches here at IGPAY. Lots of fried pork loins on buns options, a daily special(marinara sauce on a fried pork loin with mozzarella the day I visited), and a few grilled options. The owner is extremely nice and wants to converse with diners about his story and his recipes. I loved my sandwich, the Iowa bob, but it is heavy heavy. This might be your meal of the day, as I learned. I take a star off because of the price– $ 8 for the regular Iowa bob and more for specials, and also because the business hours make it hard to be a regular(Thur-Sun) I’m not from PDX, but when I come back if IGPAY is still here(I hope it is) I will get another of their delicious sandwiches.
