Jake was referred to us by our real estate agent (Breylan with Dwell Realty) and I’m so grateful we had this team.
We had some real challenges with our credit and income restrictions, I wasn’t sure buying a home was possible for me and my husband. Not only did Jake get us approved for what we needed to buy a home that worked for our family, he got us an incredible interest rate. He was great at explaining everything involved in the impossible to understand mortgage/​qualifying process and made every step as simple as could be. It was obvious how dedicated he is to his clients and the passion he has for this work. Communication was always a breeze and he made himself very available to me with all my questions and concerns.
