Jeff Mcdougal Roof Cleaning

Called up Jeff on Monday and left him a message to call me back for an schedule. It has been 4 days since and he has not called me back! I did call him several more times but it was always his voice mail and so I did not bother to leave another message. I sure have contacted a few other contractors who were courteous to respond. I hope he has not ignored my call intentionally otherwise all those good reviews will be useless!!!

We have a relatively small one-​story ranch. Jeff & his partner had it looking like new in no time flat. They did a great job moving our stuff out of the way so it didn’t get drenched and left everything cleaner than it was before. I’d highly recommend Jeff. His bid came in at or below other roof cleaners with inferior reviews.

Jeff is outstanding. With little notice, he and his business partner came out to our home in the NW Hills and scaled our extremely steep three-​story wooden shake roof. He was very courteous and priced the service fairly. I would gladly work with Jeff again. To boot, he’s a Portland native, which is great as I always find Oregonians to be fair, friendly, and trustworthy. Thanks Jeff! Happy Holidays.

We’re getting ready to sell our house, and neglected to call someone about roof-​cleaning until the last minute. Jeff came out with his partner (fitted us in at 7 in the morning!), showed up when he said he would, did a wonderful job, and then thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Our smart, knowledgeable handyman looked up yesterday and said, «Your roof looks like it’s new» (it’s not). We’re so grateful. He’s a nice guy, too, and so was the guy who came with him.

Jeff came out and did everything he said he was going to do and more a great guy to work with and a skilled craftsman. I have a 12 year shake roof he did a great restoration ans cleaning and adding a treatment Thanks Jeff

Great service. Fast response.
We needed our gutters unclogged and our roof cleaned and treated for moss.
We called Jeff and he came out to look at our roof and gutters the very next day to provide us with a bid. The price was reasonable in comparison to the other roof cleaning services we contacted for bids.
When we decided to go with Jeff, we called on Saturday and he was here Monday morning. He was gentle with our roof and provided us with information on how we can keep our roof in good shape without the need for additional professional services down the road, which should save us a lot of money.
Cleaning all the gunk off of the roof and out of the gutters makes for quite a mess, but Jeff made sure to clean up everything as part of his service.
Very pleased with the end result.
