Went to this restaurant for a quick sandwich… and yes, the order was incorrect even as we watched them make it. Also we decided to sit in the place and eat our sandwiches there. Bad mistake, the staff did their best to ignore us and in general make our experience as unpleasant as possible, including no napkins, no service, and when I asked for additional oil and pepper on my tasteless and overly expensive sandwich, it was as if I had ordered escargot and champagne. And no I did not clear my own table and when we left the employee who cleared the table shook the garbage at us as we were driving away. No thanks, would have gotten a better reception at the local jail and in handcuffs.

I was and still am very excited to see Jimmy John’s open close to my house. Since they have opened, about a month ago, I have ordered about 6 times. Tonight was not what I was used to. It took 45 minutes for my sandwich to be delivered and when it got to my house, they had forgot my chips… kind of a lame complaint I know, but when you’re used to, at most, a 15 minute delivery time… it got kind of silly… With that said, I made a call to the restaurant and explained that I waited 45 minutes and didn’t have my order. The girl was very accommodating, and tried her best to fix my problem… The sandwich I got was still top notch and this one incident will not deter me from recommending or ordering from them again… I look forward to writing again and saying how great they have become.

be warned… yes they r quick, but it’s the quality that is going to suffer. I work very close and for a very large company that orders very often… I personally have ordered a sandwich 4 different times and had 4 different wrong orders. Then on the fourth incorrect order I finallly called to speak with the manager and was told it was not his fault that I used the App poorly… how’s that for customer service??? so anyone that doesn’t care if u get what u actually ordered, or if u don’t mind being called incompetent by a sandwich maker, please go ahead and order from this Jimmy Johns on airport way… otherwise think twice!!!
