Hello! I am a Certified Health Coach, nutrition & food educator, and yoga instructor. I decided to become a Health Coach to fulfill my passion of working with women in all stages of their lives to improve their health and help them live vibrant lives no matter what stage they are in. Finding joy, having more energy, and knowing balance from deep within are just a few of the goals my clients come to me with. Nutrition by way of understanding how to feed your body is a proven and concrete way to tuning in and better understanding your own personal needs. I received my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Teacher’s College Columbia University in New York City and am accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). I offer health and nutrition counseling to individuals and small groups, cooking demonstrations, and am the author of the internationally acclaimed blog, Eating Is Art.
