My first time here and I just got to say this salon is amazing! The services is superb! The salon is well kept. Techs are friendly and polite. Prices are reasonable here too. When it was my turn the nail tech working on me was very gentle throughout the process of my manicure. She listen to all my requests without a single problem. She also never cut me either which I was happy about. When she was done, my nails turned out really gorgeous! Highly recommend getting your nails done here!

I’ve been to at least 6 nail salons in the Cedar Mill area. Finally I found KV Nails and am a loyal customer. Lisa is my go-to person for nails. I always make an appt and she is usually right on time. She does a quality job each time– the trend at other salons is to relax the standards for the existing customers. Lisa does a great job each and every time. She also does excellent brow waxes and beautiful pedicures. The shop has recently been completely remodeled with new chairs and manicure stations. Spotless!

Tina is AWESOME! She does such a great job on my nails and I’m so please every time I go in for a manicure or pedicure. She’s very meticulous and takes her time making sure it’s perfect, and the massage is always so amazing and relaxing! I would highly recommend Tina.

I really don’t like giving small businesses like this bad reviews, but I really wasn’t impressed at all. I came here with my mom and her friend, and her friend had been raving about the massages that Lisa gives, so we decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. We had made an appointment, but Lisa double-booked us, and did not inform us that this is what was happening. My mom’s friend waited for 25 minutes for her pedicure, and my mom waited more than an hour. That is ridiculous, considering we MADEANAPPOINTMENT. Isn’t that the point. And she could have at least told us that this is what was happening, but instead, she kept us waiting. She did apologize after my mom said she was getting late and had to go, and painted my mom’s nails for free, but that was only after we told them how ridiculous it was that we had been waiting that long. I got a manicure, which went just okay. The lady who did my nails didn’t do a very clean job, but it was alright. She also didn’t take off the hair-tie that was on my hand before she put lotion all over it, which was kind of annoying. I know I’m talking about little things, but overall, just not a positive experience. I would say that I would give them a 2nd chance, but why should I, when there are plenty of other nails options around? They need to learn that when you’re a small, replicable business, customer service REALLYMATTERS! I hope they realize this for their own sake!

Lisa is the best! She happily puts up with my picky requests and gives a divine massage. K&V is a great value and provides a respectful environment, speaking English amongst each other and keeping cell phones off. Thank you!

Being new to Portland, I did not look forward to the process of finding a new nail salon. I never enjoy the process. After several failed attempts I found Tina and Lisa at KV nails. They do and amazing job on my and my daughters manicures and pedicures. If there is ever a problem, they fix it happily with no argument. They are happy to listen and follow through on what I want, which shouldn’t be exceptional, but all to often is.

i have been going here and recommending it to friends for 11years and i have never been treated so rudely. I had been in earlier, dropping $ 50 and within 30 minutes of my service, I looked down and my big toes were both smeared. Between school pick up and dance drop offs, i wasn’t able to get back for them to fix it till after dinner. The one lady that was finishing up with her last customer said, «you’ll have to figure out what color that is.» ok. no problem. found it. She then goes to touch my nails, «it’s dry.» «Well, yes. I couldn’t get back here right when i noticed it.» She proceeded to paint over the nasty bumps and it still looks crappy, but its better than it was. I asked if there was anything she could put on it to prevent it from happening again. «No. All out of quick dry.» whuch she just kept repeating as she was shuffling things behind the counter, telling me to not flip my feet so it doesnt happen again. This is when it all went down hill. You don’t blame your customer even if it was her fault. Especially in the nail industry, when there are nail salons on every corner, customer service is ALLYOU’VEGOT! I am hugely disappointed this happened and am afraid I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Got a basic pedicure and shelac manicure… I was surprised by the best leg massage I have ever had, and an excellent mani-pedi. What an experience. Highly recommended!
