Established in 1991.

Kevork’s Auto Care has been in business in the Cedar Hills area for the past 20 years. We provide a full spectrum of automotive services in well equipped service bays. We continue to invest in technician training (our technicians are ASE certified) and the latest diagnostic equipment. Courtesy shuttle service available by appointment.

Kevin, our Service Manager has been with Kevork’s Auto Care for the past 20 years. He is a graduate of the Arizona Technical School of Automotive Repair. He has furthered his education at the Management Institute in California. Kevin has a real commitment to customer safety and satisfaction. He will always greet you with a smile and strives to make sure your vehicle is repaired right and on time.

Kevin and crew are great at what they do in auto repairs! My 2005 pilot passenger window go down for good. They were quite helpful in picking up and dropping off my workhorse since my business is across the street from my business. Got this referral from one of my customers so I gave it a try.

We were referred to Kevork’s by two friends after buying a used VW Beetle last year. This past October/​November we went in after having problems starting the car. Our car was in and out of his shop for two weeks and after $ 1000 in unneeded repairs we were told there was nothing more they could do and that the computer in the car needed to be reset by a VW dealer. Herzog Meier had our VW for less than 2 hours, diagnosed and replaced the battery and sent us on our way. At the behest of another friend who is customer of Kevork’s and was certain Kevin would make things right, we went back to tell him what happened. He was very defensive and blamed us for having a faulty battery (which we took back to AutoZone and got a FULL refund). He offered us $ 50 and no apology.

Great car shop. Took my 2002 Chevy Blazer in for fluid changes and other misc. stuff, not only did they provide transportation for me to and from my home while they had my car (even though I just live 3mins up the street) but they were able to tell me what I should look out for in the future and what I should work on next, and gave me a small discount for keeping my car longer than expected and for more work needing to ve done. Very friendly staff. Will definitely use them again.

Still, without a doubt, unquestionably the best mechanics! If you take your vehicle anywhere else you’re asking to be taken. I trust Kevin and his workers beyond the shadow of a doubt. I could go on and on and on but I won’t. Why? Because I’d only be repeating myself. Honest. Affordable. Dependable. Friendly. What more could you want?! Kevorks is it!

I took my 2001 PT cruiser to Kevin at Kevork’s Auto Care for the past two years and have nothing but good things to say about the service and the veracity of everyone there. When some major work wasn’t completed because of a tool failure, Kevin had my vehicle towed in and made sure that it was fixed correctly and returned to me as quickly as possible. I feel you can speak plainly and be understood there. I will miss seeing my car’s maintenance performed there now that I have moved.

Do NOT bring your car here, esp if you own a BMW. Behind the smiley face of the owner is a dishonest businessman. It took us 4 trips to fix a headlight… He said it was the bulb, and then the fuse and then the control module that was faulty! We were charged almost $ 800!!! He does not take responsibility for not making a proper diagnosis that caused us lots of inconvenience.
The sign that states the shop specializes in BMW cars should be taken down!!!

Horrible, dishonest owner. I went in there to fill up my Suburban, asked for a fill of Regular. He fills it, hands me the receipt and its way higher than it should have been. I look at the receipt and he filled it with Premium, at 50 cents per gallon higher. So I say, Hey, I asked for Regular, you owe me $ 14. He goes into a long song and dance about how it was an accident, blah blah blah. Look, this is the owner doing this, not some flunky he hired. He can’t find $ 14 in his pocket to make things right but he drives a Mercedes and makes a couple hundred grand a year. I said «take a long look at this face, because its the last time you’re going to see it». He didn’t care, at all.
If this is how he handles a $ 14 mistake, imagine what he’s doing to your repairs. Run, don’t walk away from this horrible, dishonest owner.

Great honest people. Went for oil change and I didnt need one, AND they told me that. They could have easily taken my money, but nope, he just tweaked a few things in my car and sent me on my way. Thanks for being honest!

Don’t bring your hybrid Honda here — using the wrong transmission fluid damaged my car and I nearly had to replace the transmission. Just because he’s a nice guy doesn’t mean he can work on newer cars with special needs. Bummer.

Yeehaw, an honest AND knowledgeable mechanic! After another shop told me I needed an AC system replacement to the tune of $ 1,500 (ouch!), I starting reading reviews for other shops. Thank goodness I found Kevork’s! I was a little nervous, as I haven’t ever been to a shop that’s in a gas station and was just not sure what to expect. That, and I know very little about car repairs. Well, what I got was a respectful and non-​condescending explanation of how they diagnosed and fixed the issue, a very reasonable charge of $ 200 for the AC service/​repair, and the friendliest service I think I’ve ever gotten at any shop. I will definitely go back when my cars need work. I’m a happy camper!

Amazing… not only super friendly extremely honest.
One mechanic at a different shop told me I needed a expensive CV job, but at Kevork’s not only did they not charge me to inspect, they reassured me that there was nothing wrong with the CV joint.
I’ll be going there anytime I need automotive work.

These guys are amazing. I took my old ’86 Chevy Nova to them twice. The manager, Kevin, is ridiculously nice. The first time I took it in, they fixed my alternator and replaced my battery, the pricing the reasonable, and they had it ready to go for me Monday morning, so I was still able to get to work on time!
The second time I brought it in, I let him know that if the repairs were going to be too expensive (over $ 600), then it probably wouldn’t be worth it. After some general testing, he told me that it mostly likely wasn’t going to be worth it. Just to be sure, I had him run more tests, which he told me they would have to charge me for. I told him it was fine, and a few days later he called me to give me the bad news that my poor Nova would cost over a grand to fix. I went in a couple days later to get stuff out of my car and pay the bill, and he told me there was no charge since it was bad news. WHAT? I was dumbfounded. So they will definitely be getting my business from now on!
On top of all that he was cool with letting me keep my car in their lot until I was able to arrange it to be sold to a Pick n Pull place. These guys are awesome!

The manager Kevin is great to work with and always seems to be able to work me in find me good prices on the parts and is fair with his pricing…
I had to right this post because I was recently driving my wife’s Volvo to replace some light bulbs. For the life of me I could not get one of them out. I called Kevin and he offered to help me free of charge. When I got it over there (10 minutes later) he came running out and we found out the bulb was completely rusted in and there wasn’t anything we could do without replacing the housing. He got Volvo on the phone and had the part the next day.
I would highly recommend Kevin and Kevork’s to anybody who needs to get work done on any model of car…

I happened upon Kevork’s Auto Care by chance — when our car suddenly died when going down Sylvan Hill, they were the closest AAA-​approved shop.
What a lucky find! Kevin and the rest of the staff at Kevork’s have helped us fix several issues with our aging Dodge Neon, including a toasted computer and a leaking exhaust system. They are always open about what they’re doing and honest about what it will cost.
I would definitely recommend Kevork’s to anyone, whether you’re having car trouble or just need to have some regular maintenance performed.

First off, I must disclose that I love my BMW. Yes, I it just a car, when I moved to Portland I brought my unwarranted obsession with care care in tow.
There are horror stories of mechanics that specialize in German vehicles of being ridiculously expensive and little less than pleasant to deal with sporting a stern look and an accent that only Maximilian Schell could pull off. But I digress.
Let me get straight to the point: Kevin is the best damn BMW & Mercedes mechanic in Portland. Actually, let me be perfectly clear. Kevin is the best mechanic i have ever met. Seriously.
