History

Established in 2011.

Ladd Masonry was established in the summer of 2011. The owner, Shawn Ladd has over 17 years experience in the masonry industry. Working in over eight states in both residential and commercial projects.

Ladd is a family name with deep roots in the Portland area and the entire Northwest. If you look closely at Ladd Masonry’s logo, you will see it represents the overhead view of Ladd’s Addition in SE Portland. This is significant because Ladd’s Addition, as well as Ladd Acres Elementary School in Hillsboro, Oregon were both properties owned by William Ladd, a direct ancestor to Shawn Ladd.
