Specialties
As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I help women in family planning stages, mothers-to-be, and women with young children get really healthy, inside and out, through dietary, lifestyle and environmental changes, including home detoxification, carefully identifying and removing dangerous toxins to provide a safe and healthy place for them and their children to grow.
In the NYC Area, through my associate, I offer parents a private, in-person assessment to ensure that their homes are safe and free of as many harmful toxins as possible.
I also train and educate practitioners in the holistic health and wellness community to have a greater sense of fluency around how environmental toxins impact human health, so they are better prepared to support their clients health goals.
History
Established in 2008.
With a lifelong passion for good food and natural, healthy eating and living in my personal life, I now help others to achieve a great sense of calm and peace from knowing that they are creating the best, most safe, and healthy environment for themselves and their families. Unraveling complex scientific data on environmental toxicity into easy to understand, and simple actionable steps is my mission!

Business Owner
After getting my BA from Simmons College in Business Administration, and working in corporate sales for almost 8 years, I finally decided to pursue what I was really most passionate about: food, healthy eating, and helping others. I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I received my certification in Holistic Health Coaching, and have since devoted my work to helping parents, families, and my colleagues in the health & wellness community better understand the risks associated in chronic, low-level environmental toxins exposure.
I’ve trained over 250 health coaches to better understand and help their clients understand how chemical toxins can impact health, and help families to address potential chemical exposures to their children in their homes.
