Very high prices for low quality work. Nearly $ 60 for simple stitches, dry cleaning and button replacements on a coat, all of which was done at a «just barely good enough» level of quality. I don’t mind supporting local businesses but this one should just shut down.

AVOIDTHISBUSINESS!!! After my drycleaner of 14 years retired recently, I had to find a new place. This is close to work, so I gave them a try with a pair of slacks to dry clean. When I picked up my pants the next day, there was a large tear in the rear of the pants, so the clerk on duty at this location sent them back to the main office for the manager to deal with. They called later in the week to tell me the rip was not their fault, but that it was my fault. In their eyes, I dropped off a worn out pair of pants, and it was just dumb-luck that they were torn while in Levine’s possession. There was no damage when I dropped off, and they were returned in ruin. They even had the nerve to try and charge me for the dry cleaning service when I came back to pick up my torn pants! Once I got them home, I also noticed that the entirety of my pants had a shiny shimmer to them… clearly a sign that they pressed them with too much heat(the pants were silk). A business with good customer service model would have volunteered to pay for replacement of my pants, rather than blame me for their mistake. A smart business would realize they are losing way more than the $ 120 it would have taken to replace my pants, because I will never shop there again, nor will my family, nor will any co-worker in my office that I can tell, and hopefully nor will you after reading this review.

I decided to try a new place because it seemed convienant. I took in 4 basic button down shirts and she said it would be $ 6.80 since they could be laundered(which is close to what I normally pay at my usual place). When I went to pick them up today she said my bill was more then $ 25! She explained it was her fault but apparently they did need to be drycleaned(which I totally disagree). I explained if that was the case they should have at least called to see if I wanted to pay that much. I told her I was only willing to pay the $ 6.80. She apologized but would not give my clothes back unless I paid the now quadrupled price. I will never ever go back and advise you stay away unless you want to pay 5 times more then you would anywhere else!
