They were not only able to compensate me for the mistakes made last year when I filed. Above and beyond wonderful customer service I come to expect in such a confusing process Thank you to Heidi and Dave for making it right. I will continue to return to do my taxes with this company. They proved not only do they get your taxes done quickly and catch mistakes I didn’t notice. But the person to person customer service was 5 stars.

I was pretty worried about my taxes. Hadn’t filed for several years. They didn’t judge me. Worked out a deal for multiple year discount. Relaxed environment, not sterile like another big company. Got taxes done quickly, gave me some suggestions for record keeping. Got g back, will recommend to friends.
