Personal Fitness Training

Located in the heart of the Hollywood neighborhood in northeast Portland, Live Fit Life is proud to offer an atmosphere free from excessive noise, crowding and intimidation. Our training is safe, efficient, goal oriented and is set at a reasonable cost for any individual.

Come experience a dynamic exercise program based upon your personal goals and fitness level.

Bootcamp

All ability levels are welcome, and referrals are encouraged! The maximum class size is 16 people. Based on the nature of the boot camp, please arrive 10 minutes early for class to a warm up.

We have been investing in some new, exciting equipment for this outdoor boot camp, including TRX Suspension Training systems, resistance bands, kettle bells, medicine balls, agility ladders, and more. We can’t wait to share this butt kicking fitness program with you!

History

Established in 2009.

The idea materialized on a hike along the Oregon coast over Spring Break – Cascade Head Trail. Sort of like an epiphany. We had just set off on the three-mile ascent to the summit, when our regular hiking conversation about workouts, restaurants, people, and adventures started to take form.

You see, we aren’t typical trainers. We fantasize about plyo workouts in the same way that we dream about installing a wood fire oven in the backyard for pizza and beer on those near perfect Portland evenings. We tailor our workouts to fit our lifestyle, whether it’s slamming the medicine ball against a brick wall, running a mean set of stairs in the Beaumont neighborhood, lifting absurdly heavy weights, or climbing a few grueling miles to take in a spectacular view of the Gorge. We do all of this to stay fit. But in a sense, we stay fit to live life.

And that was the epiphany.

Live fit. Live life.
