This store has the worst customer service and there merchandise doesn’t last very long. The quality isn’t there. The manager Alicia had told me one thing and didn’t follow through when I came in. I will never shop there again!

As soon as we walked in we were asked if we needed help. Rhianna brought us at least 10 pairs of jeans in different sizes and colours until we found the right pair.

My boyfriend and I shopped here the saturday after Christmas and we both thought the customer service was more than lacking. I have worked in several higher end retail stores including True Religion. We were not greeted when we entered or told about the sale, after waiting in front of the fitting rooms for 3 mintues we finally went into one that still had clothes in it. There were maybe 4 other people in the store. When my boyfriend was done trying on jeans, we went back to the denim wall looking for another pair in the same size and style, I finally got the attention of one of the girls named Alicia and asked if they had another pair, she looked in the wall pulling out another pair, I said they were not the same because of the wash and denim material, one was obviously way softer then the other, she said it was because it had been tried on more. Having worked at a jean store that is not at all true. She then walked away without another word. When we got to the register the cashier Katie asked who had helped us, I said no one. She then asked who put us in a fitting room saying they worked on commission so it was important. I told her we walked in ourselves. Instead of an apology she asked a girl walking up to the register if she helped us and she said no. Then Alicia walked up and the cashier asked her and she replied yes, I told Katie no she didn’t, completely ignoring me she turned to Alicia and asked if she wanted to finish with us, which she did. I have never felt so disrespected and ignored as a customer in a business. I didn’t feel Alicia deserved the commission from being so rude, I would rather no one get it then her. If they were so concerned then customers should come first.
