Mama Zen offers yoga that is tailored to stregthen and tone the areas that moms want most while your kids play interactively in our childcare area.

History

Established in 2009.

Mama Zen was founded by two moms with the idea that all moms need a little time to rejuvinate. However, unless our kiddos are happy and in good care, we can’t fully focus on ourselves. So, mama zen offers both; Engaging and interactive play for kids and inspiring and effective yoga for moms.

Business Owner

Megan is the mom of 4 year old Parker and 2 year old Finn. She loves her fam, yoga and our lovely home, Portland.

Jeannette is mom of 3.5 year old Jack Henry. She and husband Floyd are the wonderful owners of our Mama Zen home, The Little Church.

Mama Zen is my saving grace! They provide childcare which is super helpful for a mom like me with little ones. The instructors are awesome and I always leave feeling good and refreshed!
