I tried to place an offer on a home being offered by Megan and she treated me poorly and tried to brush me off. I was in a bind because I was considering two houses. I did not think she relayed my offer to the seller, so I found them on social media. I ultimately did not put an offer on the house she was selling, and she was 100% of the reason. I did not think I should have to try to so hard to buy a home (my spouse and kid really wanted it though). Megan at first had acted pompous because another offer was in, but ultimately contacted my agent a few days later to try to get me to place an offer. I wonder if she ever truly had an offer, or if it was a ploy. It was a nice house, but too bad for the owners.

Megan is not only a high-​skilled real estate agent, but she is a wonderful PERSON to work with.
During the past two years I have had a few ‘stops and starts’ in my own search to buy a new home and I have appreciated her patience and genuine desire to ensure that I only move forward with something that is truly right for me. She has done a great job of listening to my ‘wish list’ and found appropriate properties to consider. She has never pressured me to buy, even though she has spent countless hours with me on the search for my desired inner-​city dwelling. When we’ve looked at condos, she’s been very diligent about checking HOA fees and maintenance history. When we’ve looked at single-​family homes, she is equally diligent about livability factors such as busy streets. When I have asked her opinion about a property I was unsure of, she has been very frank, pointing out positives and negatives that included her assessment of the neighborhood and its potential to hold investment value/​grow.
I referred Megan to my parents who used her to sell their suburban home and it couldn’t have been a better experience for them. They hit a few ‘bumps’ with the inspection and an unreasonable response from the buyer, and were very grateful for Megan’s expertise with negotiating a compromise and her ability to use her network of professional services to get repairs done in time to close the sale.
I have referred her to several friends who have used her both to sell and buy. One of them, who bought an investment duplex, mentioned that she was glad Megan was on HER side as she was such a firm but professional negotiator when things got really tough. In fact, on Megan’s advice they walked away from a first ‘almost’ sale. Not long after, they found another property that also presented challenges but Megan negotiated through, the sale closed, and my friend is now collecting tenant rent that exceeds her monthly mortgage payment.
Megan is a professional agent who processes a tremendous amount of skill, integrity, and enthusiasm. I’d highly recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I have been thinking about buying a new home for a few years now. I have a number of friends who had recommended Megan highly, so I decided to see what she could do for us.
Buying a home is no small endeavor, and when we bought our first home we were not left with feelings of joy about our realtor. Needless to say we did not want to go through a lot of difficulty during the process.
Megan has been a wonderful resource and tireless champion in helping us find our new home. I have not hesitated to give her name and number to other friends knowing that she will work like a bulldog to find you what you want.

When we were searching for a house, she tirelessly showed my husband and myself place after place. Always available for questions, her detail work was impressive. She had advice about how much work to put into the house we listed for sale. The advice I did not take, I subsequently wish I had, as it would have same time and $$$.
The bottom line is that Megan will work – and I mean really work – for you to sell your house or to find your new home.
