Each movement we make requires a stable structure upon which to move. Helping tight muscles and joints start to relax and move better is a good start, but long-lasting relief often requires learning new movement patterns. Controlling under-used muscles, strengthening them, and learning how to add stability to movement are keys to recovering from musculoskeletal pain.
