Mike installed a complete hookup for our RV to tow our jeep. He was great to work with. Fair, honest did a complete job. When finished, he showed us how to hook up everything to our RV. He is very knowledgeable in his work and can customize any issues to make it work. I would definitely recommend him.

Mike is great! He showed up for our scheduled meeting 10 minutes early. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He estimated 2 hours to install the wiring and hitch and he as done in less than 1.5. I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone.

Mike showed up on time (a little early even!) and only took about an hour to install my hitch and wire it up; he made it work even though I didn’t exactly have the precise part that I needed. I’d definitely rather give him a call than uhaul next time I need something like this done.

After reading all the good reviews, I decided to contact Mike for hitch placement in my car since I am moving to Boston. He was prompt in answering the call and gave me a quote which was about 50 $ cheaper than U Haul. So far so good. We set up a time on Tuesday afternoon. Since I work late hours in hospital, I left my car at home in a covered parking garage and took a cab for work. Around 9 am, I got a voicemail from Mike saying that my garage is very dark and he got busy. So, he won’t be able to do it. Are you serious? First, our garage is secured. So, there is no way that he could have entered our garage without us letting him in. Our garage is not dark at all. My best guess is that he got another job which might be paying more and he cancelled out on us — JLT, even without visiting the place. And since then, he has stopped taking our calls. Besides taking cab, to and back from the hospital, it was just a painful experience. So much for professionalism and great reviews. I called U haul again and booked the hitch for 50 $ more. But, that comes with a lifetime guarantee on hitch all over US compared to Mike who couldn’t be traced even before the work. Good Luck if you wanna try him out.

Had Mike put a light use hitch onto my VW, he was on time, professional and friendly. His price was about $ 100 less than the other quote I got and he came to the house so I could keep working. Thanks Mike!

Purchased a Reese Fifth Wheel hitch on line at American RV and then called Mike to come install it. He showed up at our house early with a very professional appearance. I had called him twice with questions prior to my appointment which he answered with courtesy and patience. The install went smoothly and he took the time to give us first time towers some advice. The cost was at least half of what local shops were quoting and I did not have to drive somewhere and wait in a waiting room. Very happy with his work and would call him for future work.

Mike is an experienced tech who will come to you and install a trailer hitch, goose neck, or what ever you need to tow something behind your car or truck. He is very professional, and does a great job at reasonable prices. I watched him work as he installed a receiver hitch under the wife’s van so we can mount a bike rack behind the car. He was all done inside of an hour, the installed a quality product for only $ 195.00. Mobile services like this one are akin to shopping on line these days. You don’t have to go anywhere, trust others with your vehicle, and you don’t pay the mark-​up that brick and mortar establishments charge to cover their large overheard.
