Awesome place! Loved living here and never had a problem. If there ever was they were right on top of it! I would definitely recommend this place to any one!

had a roach problem and told us they couldn’t do anything about it because the bar below the apartments had the infestation. after a month of living in the apartment we told them we had to leave because it was unlivable conditions. years later I find out they put us in collections for another months rent. shadyyy. and yes all of the other stuff is true. its full of drunks and nonstop loud music and its disgusting but they’ll take any breed dog, month to month and no deposit. so live at your own risk. probably start drinking too it’ll make it easier to live in these conditions.

this is the worst company you could possibly do business with. they converted the 80 year old apartment building where i live into condos in 2006. they have made all sorts of egregious mistakes… most recently the fact that we just now got notice, as an association, that many of the permits were not secured for work that was done in 2005. we are being fined by the county due to their negligence.

Jeff Mincheff, the owner of Mincheff and Mincheff agreed to certain terms upon which we were going to rent his live/​work loft space and said that we would get the contract/​rental agreement in about a week with everything in writing. (Mincheff & Mincheff also charged us an application fee, and said we were approved to rent the space, and then later refused us the space. More details later.) This did not occur. Instead a month later we received a rental agreement without the agreed upon terms.
After many more requests we finally received an addendum, poorly written and unclear, that again did not give the terms he himself proposed. We sent an e-​mail back to his secretary explaining what he had agreed upon, and also asking for ‘first right of refusal’ on the lease agreement should the terms change. We then received a call from this same assistant saying simply that «Jeff said he could not agree to all our requests and does not want to rent us the space». We then called Jeff directly and asked to talk to him and he never called us back.
This was all after the following:
1. Paying an application fee, submitting an application, and being told we were approved to rent the space.
2. Flying from Florida to Oregon to inspect this potential property (3 day trip and expensive airfare)
3. Jeff blowing off a phone and in person meeting while I was there in Oregon.
4. Agreeing to cover the cost of sound insulation if necessary, up to $ 30,000, if Residential units were put below us and we wanted to continue renting.
5. Proposals to fix up and improve his unit while we were in it.
He had no legitimate grounds for denying us rental of that unit. The only reason I can think of is that my wife and I are dance instructors and were planning on teaching private lessons out of our loft space. It was advertised as a live work space so that should not be a problem.
Overall Jeff was very unprofessional in our dealings with him. He blew off multiple appointments, both phone and in person. He did not return phone calls when we were trying to work it out with him. I still have not heard back from him or his office as to the reason that we were denied renting of the space.
