I’m no expert on laundromats but this place is not crowded and the equipment I’ve used works fine. My only complaint is the radio is not as quiet as I’d like.

Tried this place rather than my apartment because I had so many loads to do. The place is really dirty. Spiders in the corners. Looks like no one has swept in months. There was a leak somewhere resulting in a very wet floor. However, the washer and dryer were fast and the clientele was normal which is a huge bonus in my book and the only reason why this place gets 3 stars. If the owner cleaned it up a bit I would imagine this would be the perfect laundromat. For the most part I was the only person there.

My dryer is getting repaired over the holidays, resulting in me needing tho use Mr. Suds. The dryers were fast, but the building was extremely dirty(eg: muddy floors, clothing all over the counters and in machines unattended. If anywhere else had been open I would not have gone here.

Went here for the first time when the laundry room in my apartment complex flooded. Big mistake! On the upside, it did a good job of getting everything clean, but the place is absolutely filthy. Floors are super dirty, people’s hairs and spilled detergent on the washers, trash overflowing, no way to turn on the overhead lights. One of the dryers robbed me of some of my money, could’ve filed a complaint, but not sure I’d ever see my money, form says to wait a month for a refund. Also seemed a little spendy to me, $ 2 to wash, regardless of the water temperature. This was on Thanksgiving Day, so hopefully it’s not usually like that, but it still doesn’t seem like it should be that bad! Oh, also no attendant and no restroom to use.

My washer broke. So I search for the nearrst laundromat. Boy was I disapointed at mr was one of the dirtiest places if ever seen. There was not a clean surface be it floor countertop chair or washerlid. Half of the machines were broken. The change machine was broken. the bathroom was out of order. theres a bullethole in the front window. Also what laundromat doesnt offer wifi? Also theres no plug in to charge your phone while you wait. That seems crazy to me. WILLNOT be returning

Clean, quiet, reliable laundry. It’s a little old and run down, but everything works just fine. They even have a decent bathroom. Large dryers, not so large washers. Only once have I needed a refund and they were very prompt.

Small washes, I wanted to go to the laudromat to get a lot of laundry done faster than I could at home and I don’t think that happened, but it sure cost more.

I needed to find a place to wash my clothes because my dryer was broken. I was pleased to find Mr Suds in SW Portland. When I got there is was dirty. The floors were dirty from lint and garbage. There was also mud on the floor from just not being washed in quite some time. I had my son sit in a chair and told him not to touch anything. I really needed some clean clothes and figured I wouldn’t be there too long. I put my $ 5 bill in the change machine and it shorted me by .75. I put my change into the soap machine and it gladly took my money with out giving me my soap. I tried another soap and luckily it gave it to me. I loaded some machines and ended up having to reload my soap filled laundry into another machine because the first one was broken. I needed more quarters so I stuck in $ 1 and got .75 back, stuck in another $ 1 and got .50 back. I called the number available to talk to someone about this and they told me they would normally just have me fill out a form and reimburse me my money. The gentleman told me that he would take my info and mail me my money. He said it’s unmanned to keep cost down. He also told me that his establishment is one of the better places in town… lol The washer was a top loader for $ 2 and .25 for ten minutes of dry time. Front loaders were $ 2.50 a load. This is a pretty standard price for these machines. The forms were also not available. I guess unmanned means ignored and neglected. My toddler asked to use the bathroom so we headed down to the available bathroom. It smelled like pee and was so filthy that it made my stomach turn. The garbage was overflowing and the floor was inexcusable. I finished my laundry that came out with soap dried onto the clothes. This was not from over filling because I was very careful not to do that. I have kids with very sensitive skin and loaded them lightly to avoid reactions. I gave this place a one star because I had to give it a rating but in my opinion that is too high of a rating for this place. I was told they have been in business for 40 years. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 40 years. The management company that manages this establishment should be ashamed and embarrassed. Whoever owns this place needs to find someone else to manage it. The one word I can use to describe this place is «gross»!

We stopped here on our way into Portland on a road trip. This was the 2nd place our Garmin Nuvi sent us — the first was a neighborhood of brand new triplexes that dead ended into a circle with no laundromat or any commercial business in sight. Back to Mr. Suds — the place was clean and bright, the floors were spotless. The machines were well-priced and cleaned our clothes well. The plus side, they even have a bathroom and a clean one! The downside — a strange and smelly man washing his clothes too. All in all a decent utilitarian laundromat.
