I am a graduate of the Lauterstein-​Conway School of Massage, Austin, TX, where I received the highest quality training in Swedish massage, deep-​tissue massage, sports massage, orthopedic massage, body mobilization techniques, and effective intake and assessment.

I moved to Oregon in 2014 to be close to my boys and begin a new chapter in my life. I feel at home in Portland. We are lucky to have such a city of abundance.

Quite possibly the most incredible massage I’ve had thus yet. Nate really knows how to work out the knots and align everything. After working a desk job for the last year this is exactly what my body needed. Not only was the massage so relaxing and nourishing for my muscles but also very inspiring to really stretch and keep the muscles in tact. After this, I think a monthly massage or every two months is something necessary for your health and body. Will be back again and highly recommend for anybody who needs some muscle work or just a relaxing hour to yourself.

Nate is amazing! I had the best massage with him. He is so welcoming and warm when you first meet him and it puts you completely at ease. I get massages at least once a month as I travel a lot and always find a place to get a massage and Nate is one of the best! The bed was comfy and warm, the hot towels felt wonderful, the lavender oil smelled and felt fabulous. The best was how Nate can just find where my muscles were sore, even though he has never met me before. Usually it takes someone a few times to get to know your knots and crannies but Nate just worked on everything that was needed. His movements are so smooth I almost fell asleep. He also has a great new client deal so take advantage of that. I will be back again!

I’ve had multiple massages before, but none compare to the one from Nate. He is extremely thorough and checks in to make sure the pressure and temperature is comfortable for you. It was extremely soothing and an exceptionally relaxing experience. I was so relaxed that it felt like I was floating home instead of walking home.
I highly recommend Nate to any regular massage goers and those new to the massage game.

Nate has given me two massages and both were absolutely transformative! Its hard to believe he hasn’t been doing this all of his life. He has a gift for finding those troubled areas and transitioning from one part of the body to another with a seamless flow. Whether you like deep tissue or a softer touch, Nate is an effective communicator and will work with you to achieve your desired result. I can’t recommend him highly enough! I’ve tried many therapists through out the years and he’s at the very top of the list.
