History
Established in 2007.
We started New Cascadia Traditional because we wanted gluten free food that was delicious and fresh baked. We started at the Portland Farmers Market in SE Portland, then grew into a little food cart in NW Portland. In 2009 we opened our full service bakery, offering artisan quality breads, pastries, cookies and now pizzas and sandwiches. Everything is made fresh, on site in our dedicated gluten free kitchen. We love being in our new home in SE Portland (1700 SE 6th Avenue), in the neighborhood where it all began!
